Cars/motorized items: Must have a tarp to put under the engine and batteries must stay on the property. (Batteries can be stored in the Maintenance Shop at no additional cost. 

Boats: All biminis and poles on boats must be put down/ lowered. 

Measurements are taken for the entire length of the item stored from bumper/hitch to bumper/engine. If your hitch swing hitch, measurement starts from the joint.
